Author: Hamilton Lindley

I studied international commercial law while my friends were playing kickball. Fast forward to today, and I've negotiated more deals than you've eaten slices of pizza. I enjoy making complicated things simple. And I know that calls deserve a return the same day. I approach concerns as a business partner. Not from an aloof ivory tower. After 10 years in Dallas, I moved my family of 5 to the home of the Baylor Bears. I realized the brainwashing of my daughter was complete after she believed that the Baylor Bear mascots hibernate only after "eating all them Longhorns." If you have the desire to see too many photos of my family, you can find me on Facebook and Twitter. As a lawyer, I was recognized by D Magazine, National Trial Lawyers, and Texas Super Lawyers. And I served as President of the Dallas Federal Bar Association. My practice focused on business litigation--specifically Securities Exchange Commission regulations, financial crime analysis, anti-bribery compliance, and internal controls. I had to think on my feet in a courtroom--making business ideas simple and creating a persuasive argument on the spot. That made me an expert at critical thinking, listening, and communicating. I have a record of success built on a foundation of tenacity, teamwork, and leadership. Handling hundreds of accounts made me an expert at time management and organization. My interpersonal communication skills put people at ease. And my professional presentation skills command respect in the C-suite. As a manager, Hamilton Lindley is encouraging, hands-on, and believe in continuous improvement. Hamilton Lindley is a compliance manager problem-solving across departments. He leads teams on internal investigations, audits, and data analysis. Every day Hamilton Lindley implements strategic planning, with attention to detail, while maintaining confidentiality. My investigations involve code of conduct violations, regulatory compliance, compliance testing, and regulatory risk.
